Callsmith exists because of one simple, expensive problem: good tradies lose good jobs because nobody picked up the phone. You're up a ladder, under a house or driving between jobs, and the customer rings the next name on the list instead of leaving a voicemail.
I'm Zaine, and I'm building Callsmith from Perth. I already run a small marketing business working with local businesses, and the pattern was always the same: the work was great, but the phone was the bottleneck.
So Callsmith is an AI receptionist set up for how your business actually takes jobs. It answers when you can't, books the job or takes the details, and texts you a summary. Right now I'm building the first 10 for free, by hand, and every one of those tradies deals with me directly.
